I ordered the 904. 雪菜肉絲湯米 Preserved Vegetable with Sliced Pork Noodle Soup and it was SO DELICIOUS! Loved the preserved vegetables and additional onions too. It was very filling and they made my food so fast (which was not expected but a nice surprise). My only wish is that they let you customize the ingredients in the online ordering system - such as removing carrots if you’re allergic.

We can’t wait to come back and try their all you can eat hot pot too. They have a lot of broth options which is nice too!

We live close by and order from signature palace alot but this had to be the worst experience we've had. We live 2 minutes away and pick up so we can have it hot and fresh and all our dishes were lukewarm and had been sitting for some time. We came exactly when advised for pick up. In addition, the dishes we had were mediocre at best. The salt and pepper squid was under fried. The green beans weren't sizzling, the chow mein was bland and the foo young was under cooked. We will give it one more go, perhaps it was a bad night but if this happens again, we'll find ourselves going somewhere else from now on.

Ready on time. Food was good. Port dumpling were undercooked and inedible. Really like the shrimp and veggie dish.

I like Chinese food more than any other type of food; I have owned a few restaurants also so I understand a bit about food cost and ingredients. I do not like my fried rice made with frozen mixed vegetables. I rather a good fried rice simple if any with just green onions and peas to keep the cost down but both fresh as it keeps the flavour not just authentic but also fresh as it is the central concept of Chinese food: that few if anything comes from frozen ingredients.
