All of your dishes were too sweet, including Hot and sour soup, ginger beef, palace chicken, even though they were supposed to be spicy. Too much batter on the Palace Chicken. Sorry, won’t be coming back.

Food was good but wasn’t ready on time for requested pickup time through online order. Had to wait 40 minutes past scheduled time.

I know you were crazy busy on Christmas Eve but waiting an hour past the pickup time was tough.
The service was excellent and ordering online was easy.

My review is mainly for the online ordering. The ginger beef was ‘different’. Not the same but still good. Eight Precious jewels was a bit too spicy. Otherwise, seeing a tip automatically added to the charge was a surprise. Makes me think I won’t be back. Pretty nervy. As well, what happened to the discount for pick up,etc. ?
