The calamari has been in the past very good but unfortunately this time it just didn’t seem fresh. Tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for awhile.
All the food was not very hot, good food just wasn’t hot.

All of your dishes were too sweet, including Hot and sour soup, ginger beef, palace chicken, even though they were supposed to be spicy. Too much batter on the Palace Chicken. Sorry, won’t be coming back.

Food was good but wasn’t ready on time for requested pickup time through online order. Had to wait 40 minutes past scheduled time.

I know you were crazy busy on Christmas Eve but waiting an hour past the pickup time was tough.
The service was excellent and ordering online was easy.
