We have ordered Signature Palace a number of times in the past and were always happy with the quality of the food. This time virtually all of the food was sub par. Squid was so over cooked, you couldn't even begin to chew it. The chicken in a few different dishes was chewy and hard. Even the dumplings were below par. Not sure why there was such a decrease in quality this time, but if we were actually dining in, we would have retuned a number of dishes. Hopefully the next time it will be better otherwise we will have to find another go to Chinese food place.

Delivery service was great and timely! The food was good as usual we usually order the same thing everytime. The chicken fried rice was too heavily seasoned with soy sauce but good overall
